Fujian Hong'an Food Co., Ltd. was founded in 2022 and is located in the Dongshan Marine Biology Science and Technology Park, a seafood distribution center on the west coast of the strait between Xiamen and Shantou, two economic special zones. Formerly known as Zaochen Aquatic Products Co., Ltd., Hong'an Food has been engaged in the processing and production of dried seafood since 2010. The company has now developed into a modern enterprise integrating research and development, production, processing, and export. It covers an area of 13,397 square meters with a building area of 12,050 square meters. The company possesses state-of-the-art modern mechanical equipment production lines, including three cleaning equipment lines, a high-speed centrifuge, a low-temperature freezing storage, a high-temperature drying room, an automatic wind selection machine, a color sorter, a metal detector, high-precision foreign matter removal equipment, etc. The company mainly produces and operates dried seafood products such as seaweed powder, sea lettuce, laver, roasted seaweed, red alga, kelp, sea grapes, kelp (seedlings), kelp knots, kelp threads,. It also produces pickled seaweed, pickled sea grapes, and other pickled algae products, which can be used in the condiment industry and related food production chains.
